I am getting an error on all of my P MAx campaigns for one account all of a sudden. The status has changed to "Bid strategy misconfigured" and the only detail is:

As you can imagine I am concerned about the impact this will have on the account. A Google rep suggested adding more demographics in the audience signal but this hasn't done anything yet. they also confirmed it would reduce search visibility.
Anyone that can help us (and perhaps audit the account thereafter)?
