Marketing Assistant [short term]

About us;
4QD Ltd is a small electronics company, we design and build speed controllers for electric motors. These get used in a wide variety of applications around the world [see https://www.4qd.co.uk/news/] There are only 5 of us but we punch well above our weight.

The role;
We’re looking for someone to help us increase sales. We think this is either a part time, or short duration role, we’re thinking 1 – 2 days per week for 6 months. We could be wrong, – convince us why….

Current situation;
We currently run Adwords to find industrial customers, and Meta campaigns for hobbyists, we’re looking for someone to review them, and suggest then implement changes to improve their performance [or to just write new ones if required].
We are also experimenting with LinkedIn automation. It’s not doing a lot for us – if you have any ideas we’d love to explore them.
We haven’t done any email marketing, but want to start this soon.

Other stuff;
Our products are quite technical, we’re not saying you need a first in Electronics but knowing the difference between volts and amps would probably be useful.
We’re based near St Ives in Cambridgeshire UK, we think you’ll need to come in to the office for at least a couple of days a month, but otherwise it can be home based.
We’ve got no idea on payment – make a proposal, and tell us why you think you’d be a good fit for this.
