Description
Experience Level: Expert
The description of the project is as follows:
We are looking for a freelancer to assist us with an issue we are facing with the GA4 (not set) dimension in our Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property. We have noticed that the (not set) dimension is not being populated with the expected data, which is causing inaccuracies in our analytics reports.
The freelancer will need to have extensive experience with GA4, GTM and be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. They should be able to provide clear and concise explanations of their findings, recommendations and fix.
The freelancer will work remotely and will be required to provide regular updates on their progress. They should be available to communicate via email, Skype, or other communication tools as needed.
The project is expected to take approximately 10-15 hours to complete, and the freelancer will be paid a fixed fee of $400 upon completion. (Once we see that the issue is completely fixed)
Please note that we will not be providing any contact information or asking for any personal information during the bidding process. We will only be reviewing the freelancer's proposal and selecting the best candidate based on their qualifications and experience.
If you are interested in applying for this project, please submit your proposal along with your relevant experience and qualifications. We will review all proposals and select the best candidate within 5-7 business days.

Where exactly is the "(not set)" issue occurring? (e.g., events, pageviews, user acquisition data?)
Why it Matters: This question helps pinpoint the root cause of the issue. The "(not set)" dimension in GA4 can appear in different reports for various reasons—missing parameters, tracking misconfigurations, or data delays. By identifying where the issue occurs, I can tailor my troubleshooting approach to resolve it effectively.
