List building, collecting names job titles and email addresses

I require a technical lead who has worked with Linkedin Sales Navigator to scrape data from LinkedIn of certain decision-makers in a list of companies which I can supply to you.

We then require someone competent in finding and sourcing email addresses with this data, using third-party tools. We would then require this information to be placed on a list.

It is quite an extensive list with over 1000+ companies.

Your task:

1) Collect the names and job titles of decision makers from the companies we have listed (LinkedIn sales nav)
2) Find the email address of those individuals and include them within a list
3)Compile the list of companies, individuals, job titles, and email addresses.

Ideally, looking for someone who has technical experience in building lists for prospecting campaigns to cold audiences.

We'll sort the email outreach. We just need an expert to collect and find this up-to-date information and create a list.
