My company emails are going to spam or junk

We host our own email system and CRM,

When we are sending ocmpnay emails it always goes to spam or junk, clients cannot find it this has been happening for over a year, and would like someone to help resolve it

i think maybe because we are hosting the emails on our VPS it is flagging up on larger mail suppliers like gmail/yahoo and so on.

Must have a solution in hand that works, even paying monthly for a new service to authinticate the wensite or something like that so it does go to spam.
