Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are looking for a custom module for Perfex CRM to track and manage device repairs such as Laptop Screen Repairs. We already ave Perfex set up however we want to separate repairs from Projects.
The module should use the customer's contact details as saved in Perfex.
Module Features: Similar to Repair Box (https://codecanyon.net/item/repair-box-repair-bookingtracking-and-workshop-management-system/33436740)
- Create a new customer repair job
Needs to capture customers' details for the repair plus it would be good if you could use the current
pre built in feature for Add Custom Field for any specific information we want to use in the future. Core Info Includes
- Customer Name (Pull from Perfex Clients)
- Customer Address (Pull from Perfex Clients)
- Customer Phone (Pull from Perfex Clients)
- Customer Email (Pull from Perfex Clients)
- Repair Type (Replace Screen, Replace Battery etc be able to add own categories).
- Device Type (Computer phone etc be able to add own categories).
- Device Make
- Device Model
- Device Serial Number
- Device Images
- Device Status (Ideally Colour coded ie Awaiting Delivery is Green, Workshop is amber so so forth. Be good again to be able to add custom status and select from drop down.
- Notes
- Repair Price (also allows to create an invoice by clicking create an invoice)
- Payment Status from Invoice if no invoice just show No Invoice
- Project tracking number
- Possibility to add contract utilising the current Perfex Contract section.
Inbound information: Customer Dropoff, FedEx Delivery) Plus tracking number
Then it will have sections ie
- Initial Inspection (With the option to add comments and images) plus Notes
- Workshop Notes (Add Images, notes etc (be able to add multiple)
- Post Repair Inspection (Add Images and Notes to summarise repair undertaken) Add a section for the Warranty Period ie 6 Months.
Outbound information: Customer Collect, FedEx Delivery) Plus tracking number
We would also like the ability for the customer to see the status of the repair in their dashboard or by searching the tracking number (an iframe would be good to be able to add check status on other websites)
Additional options such as Print Repair Summery that can print on A4 or on Receipt Printer
Option to print a label for the customer ie 40mm x 25mm label with customer name, device, repair job ref
and barcode. Plus add section for Email status to customer or SMS to customer (can use existing SMS plugin if needed)
I appreciate this may sound like a lot however if you have experience with Perfex you will understand it is just utelising the features already available. I have created some screen images to help understand. I have provided a guide to help with understanding.
Please do not message saying you understand then ask a load of questions about what is clearly documented. I spent a day designing this to try and make it easy for developers to understand.
