Service fusion / HubSpot integration list management

We use a dispatching program called Service fusion. It has an API available. You can find it online if you look for it and all the documentation. It also has custom fields which are accessible. We would like someone to create the connections either directly with HubSpot or another program like zapier to do two things...
1} Keep our contacts synchronized when we enter new contacts and service fusion I had this working before but it's not working now fix it.
2) The technician can check a custom field which says please send a review link to the customer. We would like this information to transfer into a list for HubSpot and within HubSpot create a campaign automatically in a day or two to request a review. This is pretty simple Just a matter of setting up the handshakes of something that exists and probably requires absolutely no programming. I don't even think you have to write any API code the handshaking can automatically be done through HubSpot or zapier. Or something else probably. It would be nice if the person who knows how to set this up also knows how to do some email campaigning with HubSpot and has good English and who might be able to drip certain email to our customer based on some lists criteria that would be a project in the future We would like to deal with one person now and the same person in the future maybe a couple weeks from now to start the campaigning drip.
