AI Agent Automation Specialist (Remote)

We are a well-established six-figure UK-based digital marketing agency seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Automation Specialist to join our team on a month-to-month contract, up to 20 hours per week.

The primary focus of this role is to design, implement, and optimise AI-driven workflows and automation processes that enhance business efficiency across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI-driven process automation, API integrations, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows for automating business processes, including email response systems, customer support chatbots, and data-driven reporting tools.
- Integrate APIs across platforms such as Acumatica, BigCommerce, Google Sheets, and email clients to enable seamless data flow and automation.
- Optimise AI-powered customer support solutions, including chatbot development and AI-assisted email responses.
- Implement AI-driven insights for performance tracking, inventory management, and financial monitoring, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to refine automation logic, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and develop workflows that improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and best practices in business process automation.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in AI-powered workflow automation, business process automation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of APIs, automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier), and AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude 3.5, Llama 3).
- Ability to design and implement custom AI-driven automation without relying on pre-built chatbot frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI-driven customer service solutions, data reporting, and operational efficiency tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- A keen eye for data accuracy, process refinement, and AI-driven decision-making.
