Plaine to export Freeplane map to html5

I use Freeplane to develop mind maps that I need to display on my website. Freeplane has an export tool that exports Freeplan maps to html but does not display them the way I need them displayed. The Export to Clickable Html tool displays a map ont he top of the page with bookmarks links in each map item to a bookmark to text at the bottom of the page. I need the bookmarks replaced with a mouseover popup with the bookmarked data in the popup.
I have several hundred maps I need to batch-convert.
Freeplane is written in java.

Instead of jumping down to the text, I want the text to appear in a mouse over pop-up.
