    Hi Tom,

    Is your budget flexible, or are you only considering students/amatuers and cheap overseas developers? Experienced ('good') developers usually charge a lot more than £10/hour.

    I'm very interested in your job and I'm confident I'd do a great job, but I don't want to waste a proposal credit if your budget is unrealistic and lower than the national minimum wage in the UK.
