The simplified workflow would be
1 Registration by funeral Director/agent
2 Approval by us (so that competitors can’t use our app/apk
3 Welcome screen for user
4 Connection to fingerprint scanner
5 Funeral Director company to enter their name (user)
6 FD to enter deceased name (whose FP will be scanned)
5 Place finger on scanner
6 Fingerprint appears on screen
7 Good print/bad print/retake?
8 Good print approved by user
9 Option to email to us direct from device with our email address already coded in, along with user name, deceased name and unique reference number
10 Fingerprint to be stored on web based backend for us to see but not Funderal Directors for security of our system so the print isn’t mailed to another jewellery company. Encrypted? This is to be discussed and agreed

Simple branding we have fonts, colours, logos for the application that should be used. It should be simple clean layout and not overly complicated.
