"Worlds leading UK based IT company with offices in UK, USA, and Canada" But it only appears to be 1 person who isn't vat registered!" Communication is painful (sometimes waiting for over a week for an answer to a simple question) Project was unbelievably slow. Not sure Imran even took notice of some of the comments I had made. Parts of the work not carried out (nothing relating to social media) didn't appear to have much more knowledge of SEO than myself. Did create a few links over a period of a few weeks, didn't appear to understand how Prestashop automatically fills meta fields etc. Not really sure that he looked at my website in any detail; just went through the motions of a standard format; almost working from a fixed list without adapting or adjusting to our own specific situation. In future I think we will consider someone a little more personal rather than the "worlds leading UK based IT company"!
