Unfortunately I had terrible experience with Shefali. She applied to my job for script writing and I awarded the job to her. The job description was clear that I will need the voice over part and corresponding scene description written. Once we started talking it became clear that she has not read the job post carefully. She had to go back and forth to another person just to let me know that they won't be able to complete the job she applied for. This caused heavy delay in my project schedule and not only that but of course few headaches on the way. I am sorry to say that but I can't recommend this freelancer profile to anyone serious about their business. And to be fair - communication was good and she apologized but that doesn't do me any good.

To be honest, I was very transparent and prompt in my communication.
1. It was mentioned in the job posting - "There are good directions and few ideas already written."
Hence I was under the impression that we have to work based on the ideas and directions and provide final script for 60 sec.
2. I had immediately communicated with the client as soon as the project was awarded. And had informed the client that we work on final script for narration and not the written storyboard. The storyboard part is managed by the storyboard artist.
3. I had also mentioned clearly that I have a script writer who works on the scripts. My 1st language is NOT English, hence I have a writer based in California who manages the script assignments.
4. I had also clearly mentioned it will take few hours to connect with my writer (timezone difference) and confirm if she can work on written storyboard along with the script as she always provides final script for narration.
Any client on PPH who is interested to know more about this project, I can share the screenshots of the timings and conversion. One negative review cannot decide whether I am professional or unprofessional.
