Disability Discrimination – Equality Act Legal Support

We’re looking for a legally sharp Equality Act specialist — ideally a barrister or solicitor with real experience in disability discrimination by service providers (not just employment cases). This isn’t a one-off job — it’s about building a relationship with someone we can turn to for occasional expert help. We usually prepare detailed drafts and background information ourselves and need someone to step in to review and strengthen things when they’re moving towards legal escalation. One key part of this role is issuing legal letters from your practice when appropriate. These are based on accurate internal drafts — your formal input and authority help show businesses we’re ready to escalate if needed.
