Advertising on Instagram and TikTok
Hi there I am looking for someone with proven experience of 'recently' delivering successful social media advertising campaigns on Instagram (and ideally TikTok too). The total ad budget is likely to be £5k per month to begin with but could increase to £25k per month in the longer term if sales are being achieved. The client is selling a tanning product online targeting 18-25 year old females. You don't have to fit into the demographic to be considered but it might score you a bonus point or two if you do. Raw assets (UGC videos and brand images) are going to be provided, but there will be a need to turn these into ads - so voice overs, graphics, text etc. - that sell. We can do this for you, or you can do it yourself. Willing to discuss. I might consider two people depending on responses - one for Instagram and one for TikTok. This is for a prospective client and we are very much in the running to win it, this is the final piece of the jigsaw we need to sort out for now - if we win it, activity will start in the next 1-2 weeks and be ongoing. IDEALLY, you would need to be willing to white label as Abacus (using an Abacus email) and join Zoom video calls for agency and client updates. I want a native English speaker, don't mind where you are based as long as you genuinely work normal UK time zone hours. HOWEVER, there is an option when you sit in the background and our head of social will liaise with you and do all the client facing work, you just focus on optimising conversions. I would ideally like to make a decision on this ASAP as time is short. I hope this all makes sense and I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks, Steve

I’m building a YouTube channel around a dark, cinematic persona think: identity transformation, introverted power, and going from invisible to undeniable. Not self-help. Not hype. More like a gritty, story-driven saga. Subtle. Visual. Cinematic. Real. Self-symbolism. Inspirational journey type thing for people who feel similar but live through me into developing presence. Looking for someone who can do the below: Help shape content ideas, hooks, and narrative arcs Understand how to build a vibe — not just post clips Plan when content is posted / direction / strategy Analyse trends, stats etc Add creative direction (not just execution) Grow with the brand — I don’t need polished, I need passion and vision Bonus if you can edit shorts and long-form content with story, pacing, and emotional depth $50-$100 per hour for creative strategist. Initially we'll be starting with 10-15 shorts only. First script is: “If you’ve gone most of your life feeling invisible, it’s probably not because you’re broken. It’s because the world rewards a very specific kind of energy Fast, loud, warm, social. And if that’s not how you move? You get missed. Ignored. Written off as awkward or cold. But the truth is—some people just carry presence differently. They move slower, speak less, but when they do speak—people feel it. You’re not lacking something. You’re just playing in a system that never learned how to read you. So stop trying to be loud enough for the world to hear you. Start building a presence so strong… they can’t ignore the silence "Voiceover pacing: Speak it slow, deliberate, brooding — let each line breathe. Almost like im thinking out loud, not performing. Visual Concept: Opening: Rain on a window Shadowed profile of me in a hoodie Empty street at night or alone in the gym Low piano hum or ambient pad sound Middle: B-roll of people talking/laughing, fast pace (contrast) Cut back to me walking alone Close-up of my eyes, still, focused Final lines: Fade to black with my logo or name: Shade MT Final caption appears: “They can’t ignore the silence.” Caption/Hashtags (soft touch, no cringe): Caption: Not everyone is loud. Some of us move like shadows. But we still leave impact. Hashtags: #Presence #IntrovertStrength #MasculineEnergy #MTShade #LonerEnergy #SilenceSpeaks
