You will need to complete all accounts, VAT returns and payroll for a very small local magazine. You will need to prepare any of the doucments required by law to the government (ie, Annual Report, VAT returns, etc). Essentially you will need to cover all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping that must be completed. The companies turnover is very low.

| Does it involve preparing last year's final accounts,vat returns and PAYE returns.Or completing previous year's and also keeping monthly records. Are you using any software package. Are the records up to date? What is the volume of monthly transactions in terms of purchase invoices, sales invoices and number of employees? That will help in providing a realistic quote. | Are the accounts computerised - if so which package is being used? Where are you based as it is sometimes beneficial to arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements? Do you need budgets and/or management reports or is it just book keeping? |
