Proposal:
On the basis that you have "clean" records with readily identifiable details, we can complete for £250. We can produce ABBREVIATED accounts acceptable to Companies House and HMRC. This would be the simplest for a company of your size. We would provide a tick list to confirm what had been completed and would ask for some specific figures which may be "None" or a particular balance. For example, Debtors, Creditors, NI etc.
We would also complete your corporation tax return and do all necessary statutory returns.
