am based in Harpenden and my background is as a freelance PMO (Programme Management Office Consultant).
I note you are based "near" St Albans and as such would be able to "pick-up" hard copies of information to be put into Excel from your offices on a weekly basis, thus eliminating the need for posting, or scanning the information. The hard copies would be returned filed by sort and in reverse date order.
Within the remit of my work as a PMO I have set up many standard reports and templates, then automated the process using macros, I have created dashboards and reported on project finances (budget -v- actual, forecasting and straightforward "cash book" keeping). I have worked for FTSE 100 companies mainly financial insitutions.

I am fully conversant with all MS applications and am an advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including macros.
I also have an honours degree in Mathematics, PA/secretarial experience and having successfully run my own company for over 10 years and adept at book-keeping tasks.
As you are based "near" St Albans I would be happy to provide some on-site, or off-site invoicing work. If "off-site" is an option and access to your network is required, then I would be able to provide your IT department with a "bare" laptop (basic MS apps on only) for them to do whatever is necessary to give me remote access, for the remit of the project.
For the entry of cost receipts and payments into Excel I would charge £15 per hour and for the purposes of the bid I have put in a total of 2 hours weekly. For invoicing work I would charge £15 per hour, based on an 8 hour day.
I would be able to commence the project within 1 week of a successful bid, subject to a business-to-business contract agreement being in place
