I would welcome bids for the project of bringing my limited co business accounts up to date. My accountant needs my books ready for the end of August as that is a year from my incorporation although the company started trading in november 2007, so there are 8 months. We are only just registering for VAT reaching the threshold last month. We are a beauty salon with projected t/o of 120,000 POUNDS. I have attempted to keep the books myself but now with the VAT I think I need the services of a bookeeper. I do think it would be necessary for the person to visit my premises to pick up the paperwork , we are based in Liverpool.

Hi
I am a freelance accountant and offer my services to accountants and small business across the county. I have 11 years accountancy experience and I am a fully qualified accounting technician. I usually work from my home office but I am willing to travel to your premises. I can provide many references from both small businesses and Chartered Accountants that can vouch for my accurate, reliable and cost effective service.
I would be willing to carry out the 8 months bookkeeping for a fee of £275 which includes me collecting the records. If required I would also be willing to continue my services on a monthly basis at a fixed monthly fee that we could mutually agree.
