| Hi Paul I am intersted in bidding for this project and wondered if you could clarify a few things for me first: Are the master and individual property schedules in one spreadsheet (as separate worksheets) or separate spreadsheets? And are these already set up or are these to be created too? If they need to be created how much information needs to be input and will you be supplying it? Am I correct in thinking that if you change a figure in the master spreadsheet you wanted it to be automatically reflected in the individual property schedules? And you also want to be able to add and amend figures in the individual schedules too. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I am assuming that the same formulae will be used across all the schedules and there could be any number of different refurbishment options for each property that you would want to record separately?
