Project Description
We are publishing a monthly medical journal of about 60 pages and we are looking for an experienced typesetter to typeset the journal.
The job is an ongoing one. We will supply a template for the journal and will send you articles already copyedited on a monthly basis. You will send back article typeset. We will proofread them and send them back to you for correction. You will make corrections and send us all articles merged in one document.
Quick turnaround essential.
I have attached an example of article.
Please send you price PER ISSUE, knowing that we will send you 10 issues a year.

| Hi Sabien, Please clarify do you require this journal in XML version or in word document. I have 5 years of experience in the well-known e-publishing and typesetting industry and have got the experience in various domains working in all the departments : artworks, Data entry, XML and SGML conversion, PDF Conversion, TeX and LaTeX conversion, Proof reading department. Now I am looking for more of typesetting freelance projects where i can implement my learnings and wing my creative my ideas into my work and deliver the work on time professionally. I have experience mainly working in T & Q journals and involved in other journals sporadically. I am very clear with your project requirements and expectations. I feel we can discuss other technical and format specifications through instant messenger or email which help me to streamline the flow according to the pre-plan and estimation and assist me to deliver the work more quickly without any hiccup. | Hi Sabine Could you please tell me in what format the template would be, ie: what software package it would be created in, and also what format the copy edited articles would be sent in. I would like to put in a bid for this project once I have the relevant information - I don't want to bid and then have to withdraw because I can not open your files. I work on an Apple Mac and have most industry standard software so hopefully it should be ok. Thank you Valerie |
