Hi, I was a one of a team in a cartoon/caricature business called Smudgefree Originals.
I can send you 'blue' rough mark-up now to give you basic idea and to help in your final decision making. I would then need pointers to a cartoon style to finish your artwork, as well as a finish size (where you intend to use/publish it!)
Otherwise this seems straight forward.
I can of course give you more examples.
