Seeking a full time web application developer with excellent database integration skills (likely to be PHP/MySQL) to work on a property networking site. Knowledge of Google Maps and also handling of large postcode and street address databases would be an advantage. The project will include search functions, user registration and management, photo and video uploading, private messaging, and custom calendar functions.

| A developer would typically work at £180+VAT per day. But we could also give you a fixed price for the project which would actually give you the resources of our entire team and could work out cheaper. Working with clients outside of Nottingham can work well, we find that regular meetings and regular telephone and email catchups can provide a very effective work process. Our developers are mostly ASP.Net developers, so if you did go with us we would recommend taking that route. I know we have the resources and skills to deliver the project but if .Net is not an option for you then just let me know. Thanks again. Chris |

| We would be willing to consdier a quote from you, although ideally we are looking for someone in London. I would like to wait for the other responses to come back first though. Please could you give an indication of the typical rates that you would charge out for developer with the experience that we are looking for. |

| Hi, we are a web agency which could provide a developer to work on your project for as many hours as you need at a lot less then employing a full time developer. We have also had previous experience working with the postcode Gazetteer. Would you be willing to consider a quote from us? |
