Hi Gary
I am really interested on this project; I have developed many website with database connection such as ASP to Access and PHP to MYSQL.
I can either use MYSQL or Access depends on your hosting provider capability. I suggest MYSQL with PHP which would be easier to develop the database then Access.
I would firstly Develop a MYSQL Database that would hold the content that your different type of users input.
Tables:
1) Users (Holding user information as you require e.g. username, password and access level)
2) Contents Table (Could be divided into categories as you want)
Then I would have the interface design and develop,
1st) Login Page for your users (They would type their username and password and system would automatically assign their user level to the one you give)
3) My account page where it would display depends on their access level ADD, UPDATE and Delete a record.
Final part (administration)
You would have enhanced access level to administration of these users and you would be able to ADD, UPDATE and DELETE user and other records within your database.
I can develop this project for £360.
We also have Hosting Service if you require a hosting account which is capable of handling MYSQL and PHP.

| Gary, It is very hard to make an accurate bid based on the very limited information you are providing. Are you looking to include some sort of workflow system? In other words, when User A creates a record in the database, does it then appear on a "queue" for users in Group B to work on? What then happens to the record after someone from Group B has worked on it? Even if you could just provide an example of a similar website to give people a better idea of the sort of functionality you are looking for, that would probably improve your chances of success. | There will a variety of level of users. Some will enter info that the lower level users will work with. All the info from all the levels of users is stored in a database. Its interface will be web based so im looking for php and mysql coders/programmers. | |||

| Yes some users would be able to enter information to it and others would then be able answer the questions on it. Some of the inputting would involve imgaes or media files. Hope this answers your question. |
