I'm putting in a rather unusual bid here, as there is not enough detail in your description for me to judge the scale of the project. This is the sort of job that could take as little as a couple of hours or as long as a couple of years, depending on your precise circumstances and requirements.

So, as I'm only half an hour away from you, I'd be happy to meet you for an hour or two at no charge (the minimum bid this system will accept is £25). I have many years experience with procurement and implementation of third party software, so that will give us enough time to work out the nature of the task. You can then post another project with the detail required to eliicit appropriate bids. I could easily meet you next week if that suits.
