I would like the look of the website to reflect the book very closely and to be easy to navigate.
The navigation should be similar to this one accentuate.me.uk.
I would like anyone wishing to bid to have excellent web building skills and experience as well as a creative flair.
There will also be additions and changes to the site as things progress so i would like to be able to access and change wording myself and be able to call on the builder to maybe make technical changes later on.
The book is called 'House Share Hero' and is aimed at landlords who run Housed in Multiple occupancy.
The site should contain the following pages:
1. Front page giving information about the book with a link to the Amazon page for the book,
2. Contact page with tick boxes so that people can select what information they would like and link to Amazon
3. Extract from the book (around 3000 words and tbc) and link to Amazon
I am looking to get this site up and running quickly but it must look very good.

Hi Steve,
I sent in a bid before for the cover but here is my bid again.
How shall I start? I am not only a web designer but a Graphic Designer of some years which I do believe makes a difference when it comes to creative design.
I have been a Graphic Designer for just over 10 years and have been designing on the web for approximately 7 of those.
My experience covers all type from large Blue-chip financial organisations to small sole traders plus the odd funky and trendy sites along the way, I have even won an ADA award and a Coolhomepages award in the last year so creative I can do. This does not mean that the look outweighs the functionality as all site I build take into account the full needs and marketing of the site and its customers.
Producing graphics in any format is no problem at all and all work I produce is done to the latest XHTML and CSS standards including W3C validation when required and is always built taking optimisation into account, SEO being a bit of a speciality. Also through a number of high profile site links that I will add a new site will be indexed by Google in approx. 2 weeks and an existing site will see ranking benefits.
Flash is also not an issue with approximately 5 years experience using flash and fireworks for animation purposes.
If required I also have my own hosting account through one of the main hosting companies in the UK and could arrange your hosting this within an hour at a below average cost.
I would be very interested in hearing more about this project.

The quote is on a complete site basis. This is a one off charge for completion of the site which does include all amendments until live date.
