I require field sales agents to sell my companies range of products to the medical beauty market in the UK.
The product range includes small treatment based consumable products which retail for £100 which provide great recurring revenues, it also includes capital equipment which ranges from £6,000 to £40,000 which can provide excellent one-off comissions.
My target clients are:
- Cosmetic Surgeons
- Cosmetic Drs
- Dermatoligists
- Medispas
- Cosmetic Dentists
- Beauticians
The project would suit someone already selling to / or with experience of selling to this market.
Though this is not essential for the right person.

| Andrew Can you please tell me anything more about the laser equipment. How would you see your equipment fitting into the existing marketplace, as there are already some suppliers in existance. (In fact I was approached by one in respect of a full time role only recently as it happens!). Also, are you able to provide finance for customers interested in utilising the equipment in their clinics? Is it possible for clinics to lease the equipment? How do you see this working in practise? - Would you supply leads with the next step being for the agent to contact the customer and arrange and conduct a sales appointment? - I take it the agent would be using their own car and telephone - in what way would expenses be reimbursed? - you have stated a commission rate of 10%, would this be applicable for the consumable products also? - do you have any idea as to the potential earnings for each agent per month? It can be very helpful to support sales by exhibiting at the relevant exhibitions and advertising in the relevant press. Although if your marketing budget is limited, pr can be very effective. Please note that I can assist in all of these areas as well as sourcing leads, telesales and face to face sales. |

| Hi Vickie, Thanks for your response, you are correct I have a range of laser & IPL products and imaging devices. The consumable products are new to the UK and will fit into this marketplace by complementing either light based treatments, injectable treatments, chemical peels or as a standalone treatment. (Which basically encompasses everyone in this industry - providing a great opportunity) In terms of marketing activity - I have a complete database of potential clients, I regularly mail & email and would be looking for agents to be assigned a geographic territory to sell the range to. Full training, materials and order fulfillment would be provided. Your experience sounds a perfect fit and I would welcome you to bid for the project. Kind regards Andrew |

| Dear Andrew I was very interested to learn about this opportunity as I have a wealth of experience of successfully selling into the aesthetics market, promoting medical grade chemical peels and prescription skincare. I am therefore very familiar with aesthetic treatments and aesthetic practitioners. I am assuming the capital equipment are lasers?
