The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, enthusiastic and interested in the pet industry. You will need to be able to develop your own leads within your region and break into markets such as Pet Shops, Grooming Salons, Garden Centers and Gift Shops. The regional sales area can be determined once we have found the suitable candidate(s), but we expect the successful candidates to make the initial contact to potential customers by telephone to arrange a visit to the premises and nurture potential customers to gain wholesale orders. We are offering in return a 15-20% commission on all net sales made from the clients you gain for our business, including repeat sales that are made direct to ourselves.
We have trialled this for a short period within the Nottinghamshire area and found it to be very successful as we are dealing in a new and up and coming area of the Pet Industry that is becoming hugely popular across the UK as it has in America. We also have the UK distribution rights for another brand of Designer Petwear and also the potential to offer a large branded range of Dog Collars and Leads, giving the successful candidate(s) a large portfolio of high end pet products to offer potential customers which, we are extremely confident, will yield high sales.
We are looking to start this immediately to establish some good contacts and sales in the busy period of the year leading up to Christmas, and we will run this for an initial 6 month period with a view to extending the project further with more favourable terms.

I have read your project with interest and can probably assist you here!
As a horse and dog owner myself, we have taken another person\'s product (an organic soap) to market in a similar manner and attended county shows over the summer period with great success on a commission basis.
There are many routes to market for your products and we would be keen to work with you and to help you develop your business going forward.
Assuming this is successful, we then look to work for clients on a retained basis and extend the portfolio of services we are able to offer to assist further growth. However, at present your proposed commission level is acceptable and please note that we are a VAT registered company.

We would be very interested in the Kent area, we also do not have anyone in the London area is this something you would be interested in taking on as the designer petwear industry is huge in this area.
