We require freelance sales agents to help expand our proven City Directory websites throughout the rest of the UK.
In Scotland we have over 8 Localised City Directories i.e. www.edinburghcitydirector.co.uk, www.invernesscitydirectory.co.uk etc. These 8 directories are now receiving 6.4 million hits per month on average.
We provide our customers the opportunity to help increase their business presence on the internet. This helps increase their chances in gaining new customers, as well as helping to update existing customers with new products, services, sales etc. The benefit also with our local City Directories is that our customers can create this awareness on a local scale, national & worldwide.
On our existing City Directories we have a range of businesses listed on them, from the self employed individual to national/blue chip companies.
We initially require sales agents for London, Manchester & Birmingham areas. With Newcastle, Liverpool and Leeds following in Feb 09.
We will be offering a commission rate of 45% on all new sales.
Then during years 2, 3, 4 etc, You will also receive 45% commission on all your customer renewals, as well as your 45% commission for all new sales as normal.

| John, Thanks for the clarification. I did go to the Inverness site before commenting and I couldn\'t see any sponsored link apart from those rotating on the home page. I did go back just now and did a search for restaurants but all I am getting is a list of restaurants in Inverness. It may be a good idea that we talk so that I get a good understanding of the concept and its application. |

| Hi Seb, Thanks for your reply. The Product We sell listings/keywords to all types and sizes of business. A listing comprises of the business name, full address inc phone numbers, links to website, e-mail & Google map. They also have space for a picture and bullet points/pharses. The customer gets unlimited keywords to help increase their awarness on the directory. As well as a promotional/web page, which they can update as often as they wish. They also get access to their own details & stats. They can aslo pay for a sponsorhip logo, (which again helps increase their presence on the directory). Thier logo appears on the home page at regular intervals, but stays perminatley fixed on their chosen keyword, i.e. if a browser is searching London City Directory for restaurants, our customer\\\\\\\'s logo appears stating that the search was sponsored by them. This allows the browser to immeditley click into that customers website. Even though there maybe another 50 restaurants listed. All businesses that appear on the search results page rotate. So it is not an aphabetical or first come first serve basis that shows the search results. Everyone gets a chance to be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc, after the sponsors logo. We charge businesses anything from £499 - £899 per year depending if they take sponsorship etc. We currently have through out the Scottish City Directories a 93% annual renewal rate, which has been the case for over the last 3-4 years. Our visitor stats on average per month are 756,380 and unique visitors are 650,188. The City Directories we have currently are about to be updated in design and functionality, (every year we try to keep the sites fresh!) This will be in the next 10 days. This is when the City Directories that we are seeking sales agents for, will also go live. In the meantime (to save me going on & on & putting you to sleep) have a look at www.invernesscitydirectory.co.uk. | Hi John, Thank you for the invitation to bid for your project. Before I can place my bid, could you please explain what you are selling? Are you charging business for appearing on the directory? In terms of traffic, could you also specify the number of visitors and unique visitors per site? 800,000 hits average per site is interesting, but visitor stats are also important.
