We need 1060 contacts copied from a word documents and pasted into an excel spreadsheet. There will be a strict formatting procedure to follow as it is incredibly important that the contact details are in the correct order on the database. There are 53 word documents in total. Each document contains the ministerial contact details for a county, so 53 countries in total.

Working in alphabetical order of the country, the spreadsheet is split into three tabs Head of State, Head of Government and Ministries. For each tab we will need the relevant contact details (country position, name, address, telephone and fax number, email etc) copied from the word document and pasted into the excel spreadsheet. This is quite simple but there are a few specifics that do need to be followed in each section.

Hello, my name is Elaine Malkin.

For several years whilst working as a legal secretary, part of my role was maintaining the 6,000+ names on the mailing list which was maintained on an Excel spreadsheet. This involved adding in new names etc from a variety of sources, including internet pages, lists of companies at an industrial park, merging in bought in maiing lists, etc. In each case I had to ensure that the full contact details were formatted correctly and put into the correct columns of the Excel spreadsheet, so that future mail merges into Word documents were effective.

I have Microsoft Office 2000 on one computer and Microsoft Office 2003 on another and would be able to provide you with an Excel spreadsheet in whichever format you prefer. This would be emailed to you, but I can also provide you with a CD-ROM backup if you wish, which would be posted.

Assuming I receive the 53 source documents by email by Monday morning, I can start immediately. I would expect it to take less than 3 days to do the work.

All documents provided to me would be deleted once the work is completed and you are satisfied with the result.
