Over 10,000 of the the attached questionnaires will be sent out to secondary school pupils across the UK. We are looking for accurate and cost-effective data entry into online forms that are specially designed for this purpose. The completed questionnaires can be sent to you in batches of around 200.

| I am interested in taking on this project but I have a couple of questions before I submit my bid. Firstly, there is a space for the students to show their working. Would this be entered into the form and, if so would that be using MathType? Also, there are several areas for students to write their own answers. When you ask for accurate data entry would this entail leaving in original spelling mistakes or correcting them as I go along? Also, would it be possible to see an example of the form?
